Ceviche Sashimi
    Mixture of salmon, scallops, red snapper, octopus, cilantro, jalapeno, avocado,
    sprouts, cucumbers, red onions, cherry tomatoes, grapefruit, thinly sliced limes,
    lemon enzyme sauce, ponzu sauce and lemon juice.
Executive Fish Sticks
    Tuna tataki deep-fried with panko laid on a bed of seaweed salad then topped
    with a chili garlic sauce and garlic chips.
    Albacore tataki sashimi style with slices of Serrano with a dot of chili sauce
    Topped with ponzu sauce, chili oil and crispy onions
Mango Tango
    Shrimp cocktail with cilantro, jalapeno, red onion, tomato and celery topped
    with a mango sauce
    Sushi cake layers of rice, avocado, tuna, salmon, tobico, ikura, sprouts
    and uni topped with wasabi and berry sauces
